I can't receive emails about the ban

I have a Pokemon Go Plus+ and I only play for half an hour to an hour a day. Other than that, I can’t do much else (due to the insufficient number of Pokestops and gyms). Today, when I checked my phone to reconnect, I saw that I’d been banned for 30 days. I might have been banned for trying to add Pokestops to the game. However, I haven’t received an email address detailing this, and I can’t find a way to access it from anywhere other than X.
