On 7-25-2025, my Pokestop submission Rock Spring Sculpture was approved. I do not see it on my game. On my map, it does not appear. However, i have received Pokestop gifts from friends, from that particular Pokestop. Is there a reason why i cannot see this Pokestop, but other do?

Im not familiar with wayspots or power sopts. So, does this mean that others see and can collect gifts from the Pokestop but ill never see it or be able to collect gifts from it?

If your nomination is ald correctly in the same cell with another nomination, there is nothing to do. Regarding buddy bring gift from unused wayspot is another matter but i dont think its wayfarer issue. You may need to bring this to pogo. But personally i dont think its issue in the first place.
