those waypoints with the placeholder pictures are imports for powerspots as explained here:
They are not true Wayspots and I wish the nomination map screen did not show them.
If you come across one of these that does meet criteria to be a Wayspot, you can submit it. But Domino’s Pizza is a chain restaurant and probably would not be acceptable unless there is something really special about it.
