I found a graffiti it can be a wayspot?

I think @MegaTrainerRed might be better at explaining when graffiti is acceptable than I am.

This is not a straightforward as there are judgements to be made.
Your first example of a simple name tag is not eligible.
Your second example looks a simple drawing. Although paint is used it looks like the sort of drawing that does not have formal permission and it might be cleaned off or painted over.

If you are looking for a mural it needs to be more substantial and I would expect it to be signed. See the examples in the link previously provided.

But it is the best as i can do🥺

If there is nothing that is suitable then unfortunately you are not going to be able to submit and get a wayspot in that area. Sometimes it’s just not possible.
You could look in a wider area, and you might find something not far away.

Thanks for the tagging!

Hello @wert123454, as they have told you, those graffitis are a vandalistic tag and the other a simple drawing that will be easily removed soon.

Urban art needs to invite you to explore. I don’t know if you are the one painting them or if they are the ones you are finding around you. If it is the first case, please, remember is not legal and avoid continue doing them. I recommend you to ready the link provided by @PkmnTrainerJ in the second message.

Also, maybe you want to provide the coords of the area you are trying to find stuff to nominate, people here will probably try to find eligible stuff. Remember to not post your personal information if you do it.
