Please provide: my nomination not accepted with no option appeal although it meets all the criteria.
Hello and welcome to the forums,
You might want to read here for some clarification on your submission as it looks like normal graffiti.
Did you provide a link in the supporting info that gives proof about this project? If not I recommend doing so as it can help your submission to be accepted.
If this art/graffiti is located at almost every busstop in your area it also does not look unique anymore.
Also as a last thing, your description contains a spelling error, do be carefull with that as this can also lead to rejections.
Good luck, pleass ask if you have any more questions.
There is only one bus stop in my city with a graffiti and i wrote its behalf bezeq internt company, its uniqe graffiti they do.
Please help me
Try to step yourself in reviewers shoes when you get this to review.
This looks like normal graffiti, which is considered vandalism as by the clarification I shared. You state in the description that is part of a art project by a company. As a reviewer that does not know anything about this place it could have been made up, so official links to a website in the supporting info is almost necessary to convince a reviewer with this submission which looks like vandalism.
I would recommend resubmitting with a official link to the project in the supporting info and try changing the description so it does not contain any spelling errors.
I explained in the post that it was done by Bezeq and I myself do reviews for stopovers and I know what to submit and what not to submit. If it was just graffiti drawn by a child, I wouldn’t submit it.
I suggest to either submit again, or wait until the appeal option shows (if you don’t see one now, it will return 15 days after your last appeal)
I am not staff, I can’t magically accept your nomination.
It is part of the submitters task to convince the reviewers, if not enough proof is provided, the reviewers will reject as it looks like vandalism without any official links to support this is real art.
We have provided some advice to improve your submission, I suggest trying again with that advice included in either the appeal or resubmit.
Also please provide a screenshot of the supporting info as this is not included in your first post. Thanks
Murals typically fall under the explore criteria because art is something people go out of their way to see and enjoy. If this is simply a company logo, how does it meet that explore criteria? How does it qualify as art that people value? I don’t think it does. I think this is a correct rejection.
Its graffiti that the company do after they connected the entire village to their high-speed internet. I see less uniqe paints that was accepted
Existing wayspot is not basis for acceptance. There are some wayspot that incorrectly accepted in the past. You can report them for removal.
Wayfarer isn’t based on “what else has been accepted.” It is based on what meets the criteria - a great place to:
If you can’t explain how it meets one of those things beyond, “it exists,” then it doesn’t meet criteria and should not be accepted.
You are caught off one sentence of everything I explained or you didn’t read it all.
You can try resubmit. Put more effort explaining how it fit exploration/exercise/socialize category. More detail and history about it will increase it chance of acceptance. The onus is on submitter to provide enough evidence of its significant. But if team/ community still reject it, move on. Or try resubmit after few month. Just word is not enough, if you can get link showing that company logo, i believe that would help.
Regarding the lack of appeal option, you get two appeals, and when you use an appeal you need to wait 15 days to be given another one to use. So the fact that the button isn’t there suggests that you’ve used both your appeals recently and that you’d have to wait for the 15 day cool down for the button to appear.
That being said, I echo what the other comments are saying. This doesn’t really stand out as being worthy of becoming a wayspot. You’ve already had the link to the Unique Art clarification, and this just seems like a graffiti tag that instead of representing the artist’s name (which is typically what tags usually represent), represents a generic business instead.
