Hello,
Are you able to provide the coordinates or street address for this Wayspot?
I’m thinking your question is more about it not appearing in one of the games, not that it’s been removed from the Lightship map.
I think I found it at -21.091476, -45.566176, and it’s still on the Lightship map:
It can take 48 hours for edits to go into effect in game, just like how it can take 48 hours for a new Wayspot to appear, if it does, in one of the games.
It was most likely moved into the same level 17 s2 cell as another PokéStop, or if it was removed from Ingress, is within 20 meters of another portal.
There are no Wayspots within 20 meters; the closest is around 60-70 m away. Can’t say about the S2 cells, but this does seem to be more game sync. I’ve had it happen with location edits before as well.
I don’t see anything on Google Maps or Street View with the name Zé Rita Padaria & Mercado around -21.101134, -45.561666. I do see this Wayspot on Google Maps/Street View at -21.091476, -45.566176, so I hope you’re not trying to falsely move a Wayspot to manipulate game play.
Does the Wayspot have a different name? Also, since there’s no image in Lightship, do you have a photo of what it looks like?
That is abuse, so I agree with Niantic’s decision as to where the Wayspot is as being accurate and correct.
Even if a Wayspot is in a busy cell, you cannot have it falsely moved to a non-busy cell, as that does manipulate game play. You may want to review the terms of service that we all agree to, as well as the Wayfarer abuse policy, for future refernece.
