I'm banned or there is a technical issue

This does appear to be a ban, not a tech issue. You should have received an email in relation to the ban with further info, as well as a link to appeal it.

Keep in mind, if you did not receive an email, this may not be a Wayfarer related ban. Bans can come from the games, and the emails would note this. The Wayfarer team only handles Wayfarer related bans, the PoGo team only handles PoGo related bans, etc.
