Inconsistent Appeal Decisions

The 3 in question were rejected by the appeals team. The OP is disagreeing with the appeals team decision, and asking staff to take another look. There isn’t a guarantee that the decision will be reversed, but staff asked us to let them know of appeal rejections we do not agree with:

Thank you for your continued feedback and examples of instances where we didn’t quite hit the mark with your appeals. We know we’re not perfect and our team members working on appeals may have different views however that is not an excuse to not improve based on the feedback. We are in the process of updating our staff training on criteria, removals, etc in hopes to improve the community sentiment around more than just appeals. Please continue to share your feedback on your experiences as we continue improving our performance and hope to reach a good state soon.
