Rejected due to reason car dealer, but few hundred meters away Kia Motor a new pokestop was approved without even a picture. Nice criteria, wheres the fairness in that. Aren’t they both car dealers. Even a private store or private shop became a poke stop despite being a generic business. NICE CRITERIA
I am sorry you are feeling frustrated. These Wayspots with no photos were imported from a database by Niantic to give people some locations to be able to play. Newly added Wayspots must meet the criteria of a great place for exercise, exploration, or being social.

Thanks for the tag @MegaTrainerRed ! @cyndiepooh is right, we cannot base the criteria off of existing items as each game can pull from other sources at the game team’s discretion. A more recent example of this are powerspots.
In submitting wayspots, we can only go by what meets criteria: a great place for exercise, socialization, & exploration.
The review process is also as flawed as the submission process, acceptable/ineligible nominations may still have incorrect decisions too.

Does it have a photo? Sometimes Niantic will import game locations that otherwise would not meet criteria, and sometimes the database they use will not be very accurate. The imports just have a placeholder picture, not a photo.
I just tried searching for Kia dealerships in this area, as your location code didn’t work on Google Maps, and found 2 in Tagbilaran. 1 does have a Wayspot, and I’m thinking it’s an import, as it doesn’t have a photo. Lat/long for the Kia dealership is 9.676758, 123.85992999999999.
Imports do not always meet Wayspot criteria, as they may come from a 3rd party database. Niantic will import Wayspots in areas where there may be few Wayspots to help increase game play. These imports though do not mean we can submit ineligible locations, such as other generic businesses, which car dealerships are.
There are actually a good deal of Wayspots in this general area with no photos. I even found a Wayspot for the Isuzu dealership without a photo, another indication that it may be an import, too.
My point is players knows the location thus nominating it for other players in the community to enjoy it. How can I help correct the location of the pokestop if it gets rejected by other wayferers? The other auto generated pokestops such as Kia is also wrong. The new Kia dealer is just in front of the nominated pokestop beside Hyundai. You guys can get google maps and check it. Is there a way to correct this if the pokestops are auto generated?
Imports aren’t auto-generated. Like noted, Niantic gets them from a 3rd party database, such as another mapping service like FourSquare.
