Sometimes I get to review something that is a part of a mural, and I thought that murals with multiple art should be nonimated as a whole. But then I notice other parts of the mural were already aproved by the community as individual waysposts. This kind of situation happens occasionally and I don’t know how to review.
From the clarification, you can submit parts of the mural separately if they are physically separate or they tell a distinct story. I would check this mural out on street view. It looks like these are on separate panels, so imo they would be eligible separately. I would check where they put the pin very closely though.
You have to use your best judgement. If you think it is a duplicate, then you can pick a section to mark it as a duplicate of. If you think it is not distinct on its own merits, you can mark it as thumbs down under “Distinct.” I have said how I would review it, but this is one of those grey areas with no right or wrong answer.
