Wayfarer does allow wayspots in areas that are not available to everyone. This includes things look gated communities, amusement parks, and military bases. To be eligible the wayspots still need to meet the exploration, exercise, or social criteria.

I am inclined to think that this specific instance will not meet the need for removal, but please read through and add more details as needed.

Additionally you did not include a rejection reference. The photo you included doesn’t do any to support the appeal. If you have further interaction to share that would be more relevant, I’d recommend including that.

Since you are reporting it solely because it is in a Gym in a military base, this is why you didn’t add anything to the report. Hopefully you merely misunderstood the criteria about military bases linked above, instead of trying to illegitimately get a Gym removed (this action has the potential to be flagged as abuse).
