While as a retirement home it might still fulfill the removal criteria because of the nature of the location, not being accessible by everyone is not a removal criteria.

Hi Kawin.
The facility is a retirement home for mentally ill people (I put the link to the site). In any case, only the sick, those who work there and the ambulance can enter. How does it meet a criterion?

This was only meant for you as information that for Niantic, as long as any group from the public has access to a location, it is not to be removed or rejected under inaccessibility.

This location would more fulfill a removal for being a sensitive location.

If this wasn’t a sensitive location, being accessible by the employees would already have been enough so that accessibility is not a removal criterion for it.

Appeal accepted - Thanks for the appeal, Explorer. Based on the evidence provided, we have decided to retire the Wayspot in question.
