When submitting a Wayspot Appeal, make sure to include as much of the following information as possible:
-
Wayspot Title: Guarita Biblioteca da Merck
-
Location (lat/lon): -22.934169, -43.366378
-
City: Rio de Janeiro
-
Country: Brasil

Additional Information: The portal designated for removal is just a condominium gatehouse; there is no local library. The portal was created by a local player by placing a piece of paper saying “Library” inside the Merck residential condominium, which is completely against the rules of the game and violates the ToS. It must be permanently removed. See the images of the location below. Clearly in the last image, we can see the local tampering with the library name opening the portal image. This violates ToS and POI violations that are completely anti-gaming.

@NianticAaron Good afternoon, could we get a conclusive answer about the reported appeal?
Remembering, it is completely against the rules of ToS and counterfeit which also violates the rules and POI.

just analyze the photos of the portal itself and you will notice that the library sign is located inside the condominium and you just need to get a little closer to it to see that there are community books for people in the condominium itself, in the region all the condominiums have their own internal libraries that open in the afternoon for children to gather and read books and exchange learning. It seems more like an act of bad faith and attempted manipulation on behalf of @GaabsS2 since this account was banned at the entrance, here are some photos that prove the existence of the library and I suggest taking a closer look at the locations before trying to disrupt the forum.

Thanks for the appeal, @GaabsS2 We took another look at the Wayspot in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
