This is another case of “wayspots are on the same property as a school”. In this case, “Kirk House Preschool”.
Note that the logo states: “A Ministry of Menlo Church”
Since it is still unclear on if “same building” or “same property” is sufficient (both approaches have been successfully used in the past), and I am on team “same property” until officially documented otherwise, I am appealing.
I wasn’t aware that there were “teams” within wayfarer.
It is about assessing each case and the context of the different elements. So this case needs to be assessed on its own merits.
The school is on the plot of land own by the church and is part of the church’s ministry - another of the ways it supports its beliefs, along with outreach work, seniors etc
However as shown on your final image it is distinct separate entity. It is in its own building and includes defined space for play. Separate entrance.
The school describes that carer/child have come to a gate to be met with staff to let them in and reverse at pickup. This entrance is clearly unique to that place and not other parts of that land area. It is clearly a very defined and controlled space.
The description of life at the school is all about being in that building no mention of them wandering over the carpark to view scouts honour or into the church. Or other associated areas.
Thanks for the appeal, @nexushoratio. After reviewing the additional evidence provided, we’ve decided to retire the Wayspots in question.
