I believe they both qualify as “being on the same property as Holding Hands Montessori preschool”. So, although it is primarily a church, the existence of the school disqualifies them.
I think the pin for the church on Google Maps is incorrect, as Street View shows a cross on top of the building to the northeast on Street View. There’s also a sign for the church on Clayton Rd near the northeast entrance to the parking lot with the 4000 Clayton Rd address on it.
It would be helpful to know if the nursery is separated from the church.
It describes a cosy room and a small outdoor play area.
Does it have its own entrance? Or do you have to enter via the church?
Well it helps to assess each individual instance if there is a full picture.
There are 2 possibilities a small portion tucked away and separate from the normal activities of the church or on the other hand if it is integrated into the church with no separation.
The little free library is not in the building.
a K12 and under school (preschool, primary/elementary, secondary/high school), child care/daycare center
Considering that objects on traditional school property (e.g., playgrounds, sports fields, LFL, etc) are disallowed, it follows the same applies here. Regardless of it being a church as well.
These issues can matter, depending upon what is the primary function of the building vs. a small venue operating out of a part of it.
If there was a preschool in a shopping mall, only the preschool’s portion would be off-limits for wayspots. Similarly for one that held a small bit of a government complex.
A church could have extra space that it rents out. As long as they are separately accessible, there shouldn’t be a problem.
If the library is inside the school’s exclusive part of the building or grounds it is not a valid wayspot.
