What do you mean by “screening” and “transfer application”?
Are you saying that Intel picture was used for a Wayspot picture? By “screening”, do you mean reviews?
What “phenomenon”?
When you make a new nomination, or edit an existing one - don’t instruct reviewers about how to place the location pin - that’s considered abuse.
Usually with Asian languages and translation services…
Screening = Review(ING)
Transfer Application = Location Edit
The OP had this location edit example with way too many different options and speculated how this phenomenon of too many incorrect edits is happening

A move application means you apply from Pokemon Go or Ingress.
I don’t think reviews like the picture above are appearing these days.
I’m sure there are users who apply for Wayspot movement multiple times on Pokémon GO or Ingress without thinking…

Wayfarer has a submission to choose the most accurate location in the review…it didn’t disappear… there are several circles…
I thought it disappeared because I couldn’t see it well…
