I had the same initial thought, but realised the layout, size etc was not right for cars to use it. Being on a kindergarten is the point of failure. It’s a more detailed feature compared to what you posted an image of.

In regards to the Inn…
If this is a place just for adults then it could be rejected as “Adult Location”.
If it serves meals and has a “Children’s Menu” you need too show evidence of this in the supplemental info. This would make it “Family Friendly” and make it eligible.

It is harder than people think, because there are mistakes you can make initially when you don’t understand the criteria and the reasoning behind the criteria. If you overcome that, the process becomes very easy - find interesting things, take photos, come up with a title, write some text, submit.

I haven’t been getting them confused, although maybe I haven’t explained myself
Traffic area - rejection correct, because of it being targeted at children
Inn - rejection may not be correct, but your submission needs improvement, especially the supporting photo.

If you are talking about an accepted wayspot that is in the game, there are a few possibilties.
- It might have been accepted incorrectly
- It might be something that is eligible but you don’t understand why this is
- It might have had a very good submission that overcame people’s doubts

The article that @cyndiepooh linked is well-written and definitely worth reading if you have been struggling (which is the case). It also shows that creating pokestops is harder than you thought, because of there being so ways in which you can make mistakes.

I assume from this you mean they were rejected, i,.e., not accepted
If you want advice on the others, please post details of them. The play traffic area and the inn have been discussed already.
Recommend you start a new thread for any “new” waypoints not already discussed here, stops the confusion.
Maybe also create a new thread just in regards to the disappeared pokestop, make sure you give clear details of what happened and as much info in regards to it such as Title, photos, location etc.
Ideally make it 1 post with all the info, posting each bit of data individually makes it harder to follow.
Hopefully Niantic staff will see it and they can comment or send a Direct Message to you.
You have to be prepared to wait for there response, they are busy people.

Je škoda že o gymy nejde nějak hlasovat .v jednom místě jsou 4,5..v dalším kde je hodně pokestopu žádný
