I’m not talking about the rules of creation.
It was a gym that existed before the safari zone event, but a Niantic official arbitrarily deactivated two gyms. So shouldn’t it be activated as it was after the event ends?
It doesn’t exist in any form, either in a gym or in a pocketstop.
This is the point.
There are two other places that have been deactivated and activated normally (including multiple gyms and pokestops). So it means Niantic forgot to activate the gym.
This is also important. It means that he forgot by mistake.

There were three normal gyms in that cell (포스코타워, 컨벤시아, 마다가스카) and then sponsored gyms were created. The other places I deactivated went back to where they were regardless of those rules (3 max). That’s normal. Niantic arbitrarily changed where there was nothing wrong. Right to go back to where it was. Just forgot.
