So for one, the app has the chat button which when you click on it, it just sends you to a bot. That i understand at first, but there should always be an option to be able to chat with a person to avoid all types of confusion and having to come to this chat site. Then when you need help all you get are links that mislead already
Iād expect that (even though itās getting less and less common) for a good or service Iām paying for, but considering this is a free platform Iām not sure Iāve ever expected personalized feedback.
One of the intended behaviors of Wayfarer is for it to be community driven. The best way to learn more is community involvement & engagement.
The chat system that provided you with the āscreenshotsā message might have been pulling from a bad table or maybe thereās another nomination they think you used a screenshot for.
I looked around on the map and didnāt see any. Are those Powerspots? Or an object at the gas station, not necessarily the gas station business itself?

Wayfarer is a community driven platform. Most of your help and advice is going to come from the community. Unfortunately Wayfarer doenst have the capacity to offer individual one on one support for most cases, though they may from time to time or where they see fit. This is a great community that will help you immensely if you allow it.
So then who do I ask for direct help regarding this issue, like someone who can directly assist at this moment
What is it you are looking to resolve exactly?
Basically who can help with the submissions or appeal cause i somehow only get a link and it wonāt let me edit it or what not

You cannot appeal this submission as it directly violates 2 rejection criteria, aside from that it doesnt seem to meet any approval criteria.
Majority of reviews are done by the community while a portion or them are done by internal staff and another portion of rejections by a machine model.
You cannot reappeal something that you have already appealed. There is a limit of 2 appeals, each on a 15 day timer before you can use it again. When you have an appeal available, the button will come back if you are not seeing it on any contributions right now.

Ideally you should get out of your car when taking photos for nominations, but I understand that sometimes you may not feel that you can. I take my photos first, and then check them in my gallery before submitting. Then I use the existing photo option. This was taken from a car:

That is already a pokestop, the thing is i wanted the stops along a bike route to connect because they dont quite connect here and there, the bike route takes you to a downtown area with allot of stops as well as the forest preserve and bigger park
I am saying that the Park is already a Pokestop, but the Playground is also eligible. You can have both.
Bike routes are very tricky and I donāt see anything on the map here that would qualify under the clarification: Trails & Markers

If you specifically want to submit things at gas stations, youād want to look for something there that is eligible- you might find a picnic space or a community noticeboard and those would be good options, but the actual gas starion wouldnāt be accepted (some might be imported power spots, but they didnāt go via wayfarer and didnāt have to meet any criteria).
No thank you I think itās strange how other gas stations nearby me are just ok as gas stations and have nothing important such as signs or anything specific including the description, yet somehow those are approved. Even in the town next to me, there are locations that are not appropriate for gatherings or even anyone under 18 or 21. But a sign that is posted on there that just shows a location qualifies it. Even a place that had people get run over is still a stop. Hotels that are meet ups for adults and what not. Thereās at least 60 to 70 local spots that are not okay or are the same as this gas station but they are ok because the community votes.
I am really curious about these gas station Pokestops. I canāt find any on the map.
Or do you mean they are Power Spots? Some of the Power Spots were from a data import that never had to meet Wayfarer Criteria. You can read more about that here.
I looked around the area, but did not see anything that looked inappropriate to me on the map. Lots of churches and parks. I did not click every Wayspot. However, we always remind folks to go by current criteria rather than what they see live in game. Criteria has changed over time.
