It depends?
If it is really an LFL in disguise, and appropriate supporting evidence, then yes. If evidence supports there is really nothing in it, just a piece of artwork, then yes.
Otherwise, no as the equivalent of a bar (adult location).
It is nice looking, though. And as a standalone art piece, I think it would be cool to explore.

Looks awesome. Kids can drink beer at home with an adult too so I don’t see it as an adult only location. Plus it might have low alcohol beer too.
It would get my vote especially if it were at a local brewery or something like that

I ‘m not sure if it is an adult location.
Anyone can stand and look at it. There is no obligation to take anything from any LFL, so the same would apply here. No obligation to take a beer.
No youngster is being made to pay for alcohol by visiting it.
Now if it said bring a beer, drink a beer that would be different.
It’s not promoting exercise, it’s not particularly artistic though it is unusual and interesting. Unless there is a space there it’s not a social space.
So maybe it qualifies as an unusual object worth going to look at, exploration.
