If you post the location, Niantic staff may comment to confirm that there is a block on the area, to say that everything is working OK or that there is an issue which they need to resolve. All the property owner has to do is ask Niantic through a form. I don’t mention that option until after I have checked the S2 cells when I try to answer wheresmypokestop questions.
