Both locations aren’t plausible, because at both locations the ground is wrong. Location 1 is a parking area with gravel. And location 2 is the parking area of a supermarket … doesnt fit the wayspots picture too. Wayspot shows natural cobblestone. Location 2 shows concrete cobblestones.

I’m glad you’re taking the time to look at everything! When I noticed the sheer amount of nominations from this place in review and spotted the duplicated wayspot I was afraid I would have to do it lol
I’ve been multiple times there in RL … but always accompanied by muggles, or only because we drive throught the town on our way to the Czech republics border markets … so I couldnt do all that stuff in situ xD
