In this case I’d love to know if the edge of the fence is considered equivalent to the edge of a large building for the purposes of determining whether 2 locations are equally valid.
This change seems a bit questionable but if we don’t consider the fenceline to be a valid location then it makes sense.
This question also applies to many water towers, another favorite recipient of questionable location edits.
i’m on the same faction as you in case that matters at all.
Everyones missing the point, it’s about weaponization.
Take this portal, corner of the giant Africa BAF. A remote move request to put it “more accurately” on the location and all of a sudden all links need to be dropped to it in order to throw anymore links in.
Am I getting it across now?
I think we are going in circles. Corrections are allowed and encouraged for Wayfarer, regardless of what it does to game play in any game. If you believe that players are submitting and somehow getting abusive moves accepted, please use the reporting abuse form to report this behavior. Or Help Chat if you don’t want to use the form. Wayfarer is game neutral.
