Iemand enig idee?

Hi! I moved this to Nomination Support , Wayspot Appeals is rather used to appeal removals or rejected removal reports. Yours is a regular rejection, and as such can be appealed in your Contribution Management as needed (if you have used your 2 appeals recently the button can temporarily be absent until they replenish). However, before thinking about appeals, I would indeed collect the community’s opinions. I would suggest looking at the location of this little free library and what kind of property it is on as this is often an issue with them - many are placed on single-family private residential property.

I have attached a street view with the same angle as the supporting information. Although the street view does not show the Little Free Library, it is easy to see that it was installed after this street view was taken.
The residents of the house would have permission to use this Little Free Library to borrow, return or provide books. However, Niantic does not allow Wayspot to be located on the property (including the boundaries) of a single family’s private residence, even in such a case.

Private Residences, Farmland & K-12
Single-family private residential properties (SFPRP), farms, and K-12 (schools or facilities primarily focused for persons under 18 years of age) are ineligible. This includes the outer facing facade, fence of these locations, and property boundaries.

These are multi-family, not single family.

It definitely does appear to be situated on the driveway of a private residential property, which would make the rejection reason correct.

It would need to be situated somewhere like the green space across the road in order for it to not be on private residential property.

They appear to be a terrace of individual single family dwellings. Number 194 is next door to 192, and so on.

These look like townhomes in the US, which are connected to each other.

I believe this site falls under the SFPRP. The land ownership classification laws may be different in different countries and regions, but the land registration should be clearly separated even if the buildings are connected. This The yard in front of the residential building is owned by the residents of the house (or the landlord) and should be considered occupied by them.

For reference/general sharing.
Connected houses are common in Europe and often referred to as a terrace.
The fact they are connected is not important as each is an individual family home (SFPRP).
