Its AI rejection. It probably detect that nomination is located on Single Family Private Residential Property.. if this is not true, you can try appeal or resubmit

I am not exactly sure where is this little library located, if its in nairne primary school area, thats also ineligible

While LFLs can be Wayspots, this one appears to be on single family private residential property, or SRPFP for short, from the address in your screenshot.

My guess would be that the AI rejected it purely due to all the pokemon stickers.

I don’t think AI can recognise Single Family Private Recidences already, as I see them all the time while reviewing.

I noticed that the little library is placed just outside the fence, if that grass part is on public property you could appeal, but still I expect it will be rejected , for two reasons.
One it looks like it was placed there only for pokemon go, and two it does not look permanently to me.

If you placed it yourself, to get a pokestop/gym at home, then you could get into trouble for trying to manipulate the gameboard, in that case, consider yourself lucky, and don’t appeal, and don’t try again.

No, it wouldn’t have, as there have been other things submitted with Pokémon themes that have gotten passed ML. This is on SFPRP, hence the rejection. It’s also very close to a school, so that could be another thing that ML saw.

There are programs in different countries that allow anyone to create their own LFLs. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was the homeowner, as they live right next to a school, and may have wanted to enxourage the school children to explore other books outside of class. It also appears to say “Reuban’s Little Library,” suggesting that someone with this name lives or did live here at one time.

We don’t know what will have caused it to be automatically rejected. It is frustrating but the way forward is to appeal.
As this is Australia it may be the fence marks the property boundary. It is not clear if the LFL is attached to the fence or separate from it. If it is attached then it counts as ineligible as classed as PRP.
This should be addressed in an appeal so that the reviewer is clear about this. For example a link to an official website that shows the property boundary.
If there is anything that shows this is an official LFL it will help.
