I submitted a request to remove a PokeStop from Pokemon GO on December 20th, but I did not receive an email stating that my request had been accepted, and my request has now gone missing.

Unfortunately, removal requests don’t appear on your contributions page, so you would need to track them from the emails you receive manually.
In the first place, I can’t even check because I haven’t received an acceptance confirmation email.
I see that your report was not submitted successfully. Nevertheless, I have removed the Wayspot considering this post as an appeal. You should see the changes reflected soon.
