Most All Of My Nominations Are AUto-Rejected, please help

Hello everyone, I’m from Brazil, how are you? So I’m going through a moment in Pokémon where I have to go to ruined places to get pokestops, I would like to have some stops in my area, and in some safer places to play, but they are rejecting my complaints, what must I be doing wrong?

Hello and welcome,

These seem like vandalism, not actual art, which would make them ineligible. They appear to have been added by someone who didn’t have permission to paint them, so they were put up illegally. There is clarification on this:

Brazil is quite known to have a good deal of vandalism as Wayspots, and from time to time, these do get removed for not meeting criteria by staff. So, even if you do see Wayspots for these still around, don’t expect them to still meet criteria, as that changes from time to time.

You may want to check out the Wayspot Criteria to know what may or may not be eligible. You may also want to review the Criteria Clarification Collection, which has more info on several different categories.

I see, so if it’s a mural, like something more ‘artistic’ and elaborate like a scene, could it be considered a pokestop? I can try to talk to the owner of the place so we can do something like that, There’s a mural next door too, which I don’t consider vandalism, but I don’t know, it’s actually recent.

If a mural or art piece is commissioned by the property owner, or created by them, that would be acceptable. There may be some murals that were not commissioned or created by the owner that may be acceptable, but they must be unique and distinct.

The Unique Art clarification has more info one what may or may not be eligible, and many of “art” Wayspots in Brazil seems to be vandalism. The 2 you gave as examples seem like they were spray painted on with stencils that may be easy to come by; the Team Valor one many have seen before, along with the other PoGo team logos, and it’s pretty easy to find those stencils for sale online or how-to guides to make them.

I understand, the wall here had the owner’s permission, I’ll try to make a pokestop tomorrow, but first I’ll send you a picture here for you to see, okay? And see if it’s feasible, would you be able to help with that? You sent it, but I really wanted to try this wall with the adventure time mural

It’s possible that a mural depicting a TV show may be eligible. Another thing to keep in mind is where they are located, as many have also been located on the walls of single family private residential property, SFPRP or PRP for short. PRPs are ineligible locations, per the clarification below:

-22.160299, -42.420634
On Google Maps it’s this wall, but the art is new and there are no houses behind it.

It’s hard to tell if this wall is part of PRP, since I see a gate to the left that could lead to another part of the property. If it’s just a wall to help keep traffic and pedestrians from falling down a slope and isn’t part of PRP, it ma be eligible, as it does appear that there is safe pedestrian access off of the road.

I looked into it, and it’s just a wall to stop people from falling or throwing trash on the other side.
