I am writing to report these three wayspots: “Tranh tường phố ẩm thực Sake, Tranh tường chú mèo phố ẩm thực Sake, Tranh tường Samurai nghệ thuật phố Sake” as they are a fraudulent submission. The submitter has represented this object as a permanent “painting” or “mural.” However, upon closer inspection, this is actually a temporary background panel.
|Wayspot name|Coordinates|
|Tranh tường phố ẩm thực Sake|20.943573, 105.981667|
|Tranh tường chú mèo phố ẩm thực Sake|20.943688, 105.981923|
|Tranh tường Samurai nghệ thuật phố Sake|20.943315, 105.981749|
Here is my video going around the area and proof that these just background panel.
Besides that I would l like to remove a police station that was accpeted the community. This wayspot Trụ sở công an xã Nghĩa trụ at (20.954741, 105.986189), so basically this place is the police office, which violated the criteria for obstructing emergency service.
Bảng chào mừng Vincom Mega Mall Ocean City at 20.951882, 105.974931, this wayspot nomination is just seasonal decoration
Latest picture of this wayspot (the panorama one), I took this picture on 21st December. As you can see the wayspot has been replaced with a Christmas decoration theme. The arrow I draw is to comparison of the location to the picture.
Hey @pogoconstructco We have taken action on the Wayspots in accordance with our policies. However, we took another look at the Wayspot “Trụ sở công an xã Nghĩa trụ” in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
Thanks for helping us maintain the quality of the Wayspots.
Just as it is possible to have a wayspot near a fire station without it interfering with the emergency services, it can be possible to have a wayspot near a police station without it interfering with the emergency services. The police station nearest me (UK) would be perfectly eligible for a wayspot as long as it wasn’t blocking the vehicular access. I expect the same is true for most UK police stations.
The exclusion is “blocking emergency services”.
People gathering at this wayspot does not block anything, based on streetview images.
This is a police station that the public do not visit. The police vans have access to the left. If there was something on the pavement side, it would not interfere with the emergency services at all, since it is where people already walk.
It’s just an example to show why police stations (etc) are not described the same way as SFPRP and schools.
If a wayspot could interfere with operations, it’s not eligible, but the rules allow the possibility that a wayspot could be eligible. They don’t for SFPRP and schools.
