Someone submitted this nomination that is a mural, but it is at a bar. Should I accept it?

My rule of thumb is if the bar is restricted to adults only, then it is an ineligible location. It is usually easy to Google search that information. A great nomination will give you the link in the supporting to easily check it out.
Edited because I realized I assumed you meant INSIDE the bar. If it is on the OUTSIDE of the bar, then it could be eligible if not promoting adults only behavior.

Some bars may only be restricted after certain hours at night. Personally, I’m OK with those places being acceptable. I remember being a kid and eating lunch at places that would be restricted at night. It was always a fun time to order a Shirley Temple like I was getting some kind of cocktail, which I guess we would now call a mocktail.
