Sorry, I should have said the business was closed so its employees could be off on holiday. It isn’t just that the building was not open.

Pretty happy with the prompt resolution on this issue, honestly. I wouldn’t have even noticed the capsule was missing if I didn’t see the post on here; I got the OPR Live badge tick, which was all I really cared about, but I’m sure others were looking forward to getting that extra kcap. I’m glad Niantic followed through with providing the listed rewards.

After changing the e-mail, I did not receive the event rewards every time. They were sent to the old non-existent e-mail. They will be processed separately after the response.
Hello Explorers,
It appears there was an error with our scheduled emails that included the last batch of Ingress codes. The issue has been fixed and all of the remaining codes will be sent out today. That should close out ALL rewards.
Again, if you are having any issues with your codes i.e. not receiving them, codes not working, etc. please reach out to our team on the forum for the fastest support.
