It was rejected since it was determined it was not according to niantic guidelines, but it is and for a location with no poke stops and growing community that plays is a shame that is not allowing me to add one here. Will be such a great asset for anyone that plays Pokemon go. We have power spots that’s why j don’t understand why was rejected.

Hi and welcome! For any future submissions, I would strongly suggest avoiding telling personal stories in the description and focusing on the object instead. There is no need for a very complex description, but this is a playground and therefore the text about your puppy may have thrown reviewers off because it’s completely disconnected from what is being shown. You are also not supposed to be identifiable as a nominator.
Same for the supporting information field - information about Pokémon GO and about wanting shinies is irrelevant. This field is generally used to show how the nomination meets criteria or to alleviate any doubt about it (location, etc) or to provide additional proof of your claims. Showing that the nomination meets criteria is very easy to do with a playground, especially as you’re saying you know the criteria, so don’t jeopardize your otherwise potentially acceptable submission with irrelevant text.
Once you send in the appeal, we don’t see the original rejection reasons, but I would also guess it was for the personal message in the description. If the appeal is rejected, you can resubmit the nomination.
Looking at the map there, you should easily be able to have at least a stop and a gym.

There is also a fundamental difference of perspective here. You (and I, and everybody else, let’s be honest) do in fact nominate places because we want another PokéStop, and of course this is what the game leads you to believe.
But actually, we are simply nominating places of interest to be included in a database. Now, some of these might be included as a feature in one or more games, but they might not.
Therefore, it’s best for the description and supporting text to focus on why this qualifies as a point of interest under the various rules and within the criteria - there should be no mention anywhere of any game, and certainly not of the individual making the nomination.

I had a look at the location and there are possibilities to submit at this community area. If you want to have pokestops there are certain rules around selection that revolve around the faint green and red boxes seen in this picture. Essentially 1 item per box can become either a stop or gym
The play area is at the yellow cross in its own box.
For the pool - exercise and social space - you do not submit in the water but on the paved surround. The green cross would be a good place to submit the pool within that box - there is a small rough triangle between the red box edges and the black line where submitting the pool should maintain the Powerspot at homes building.
The red circle is something I can’t identify ( I’m not familiar with what I might be looking at)
From street view it looks like some sort of shaded area to sit. If it is then that could also be submitted.
With these submitted you should get an area with 1 powerspot, 2 pokestops and a gym.

I want to give you a HUGE word of caution. The lighting and composition on these two photos is significantly different. That makes me as a reviewer very suspicious. So I went out to the Google maps listing for this apartment complex and found the main image of the playground was uploaded to Google back in Aug 2021.
Please be advised that you are putting your Pokemon GO account at risk by using a photo that does not belong to you. We call that a Third Party photo. It’s basically stealing the intellectual property of someone else and making Niantic complicit in that theft. They take that seriously.
Before resubmitting this, please go take your own photo. It doesn’t have to look like a professional masterpiece. Just make sure the lighting is adequate to see the object. Center the object and make sure it is close enough so that people can tell what you are submitting (not too much sky or ground).
Unfortunately, you’ve done almost everything you could possibly do wrong with this submission. But the good news is that it is all very, very easy to correct and we are here to help you with that.
