“Shree Vasupujya Swami Jain Mandir Chowk” is already on the map in that cell and is the PokéStop. I have marked it on this screenshot.
Your Wayspot does appear in Ingress though as it’s at least 20m away from this one. It will not appear in Pokémon GO, this is intentional as per the inclusion rules of that game and not a bug
In addition to what @PkmnTrainerJ has said, I would like to point out that your nomination is not currently located in the correct location.
I’m unsure if you accidentally misplaced it or whether reviewers moved it for some reason, but currently it’s located in the middle of the road rather than on the actual temple. If you did misplace it, please be more careful when submitting other nominations.
