You could get some from Germany depending on where you are. There is a larger upgrade review area, and this could cover several nearby countries. Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to stop getting reviews from other countries or in other languages if your home location is set within the larger review area.
You may want to consider using a translator for these reviews; I’m in the US, and we get reviews in a number of languages. Wayfarer also doesn’t require any specific language be used, just as long as it’s accurate.
addition you can get other priority nominations from anywhere in the country of that location.
Bonus location - this is determined by what you decide to set as a location. You can do this roughly 4 times a year. It is the area around a specific point.
Home location - this is determined by what you decide to set as a location. You do this once when you set up your wayfarer account and it is then set.
