Hi my pokestop hasn’t appeared after it was approved after a couple of days

You submitted a wayspot to the wayfarer map, despite what the opening text says in Pokemon Go (which is an onoging point of confusion), and it has been accepted. The acceptance email says that it won’t necessarily appear, but it’s quite reasonable to not notice that and expect that it will, when you thought you were submitting a pokestop that has now been accepted.
Not everything can appear in Pokemon Go due to inclusion rules - it’s quite likely this is too close to something else that is already in Pokemon Go.
if you can provide the location (a google maps pin for example), this can easily be checked.
“The confused beauty Mural” might be very close to that, so might be the blockage preventing your new wayspot from appearing in pokemon .
