Assuming that the S2 Cells is the reason your nomination is not showing in Pokemon Go…
Your nomination may…
- become a Powerspot (Dynamax / Gigantamax) depending on its proximity to other waypoints.
- replace the existing waypoint if that is removed for legitimate reasons. ***
- be used in other Scopely games.
***Do Not attempt to get a legitimate wayspot removed just to get yours on to the map. This is seen as Abuse and can lead to suspension / bans of all accounts (Wayfarer, Pokemon Go and any other Scopely games).

Can one of them made into a gym there aren’t many gyms for our community to use in this area if it can’t be done we understand😌
The link in that topic you were sent to explains that gyms are based on the bigger L14 cells.
You get gyms when you get to 2, 6, and 20 total pokestops and gyms in the bigger cell.
I think you should have 2 gyms in this L14 already and a total of 11 pokestops and gyms. so you would need 9 more to get another gym. It is a little hard to count since I can’t see the whole cell at the same time and since I don’t know if there are any sponsored Pokestops or gyms.
There is no way to request that Niantic make a certain Pokestop into a gym.

The two gyms in that area are under private property and inaccessible to the player which were created years ago
There are others places like that were the gym is abandoned due to those places being forest and private land
I reguest nantic to move the gyms in those areas
If by this you mean that the location is only accessible to a set group of people then this is not a reason to have them removed. Search for Gated Community.
If they are on “Single Family Private Residence Property” you can report them for removal.
If by private property you mean “single family private residential property” then you can report these for removal. You can use one the form linked at the top of the forum here for “Wayspot Removals.” But if it is just land that you are not allowed on, that does not meet Niantic’s definition of “private property”. The Wayspots do not meet inclusion rules for Pokémon GO, so will not become PokéStops
