hey, what exactly do you ask here? Across Mandarin to English it is tough to understand. Are you asking why this nomination is still in queue instead of being in voting?

This was submitted just today, May 21st, 2025, and so it most likely won’t be decided upon within 24 hours. ML, the AI system, does take about 24 hours to decide whether to reject a nomination or move it on to be voted on, whether by the community or staff. Once it is being reviewed, it will have the status of In Voting for community review, and Under Review for a staff review.
As for how soon you will get a decision, this is unknown for community voting, as it depends on the number of reviewer that vote on it, something that isn’t disclosed. It may take a few days, weeks, even months at times. I think New Taipei City, being such a large area, most likely has a good number of reviewers, so I doubt it’ll take took long to be resolved.

When you submit a nomination, you would receive an email stating that the nomination was received. It would also be listed in Contribution Management once it has been uploaded.
By the way, you don’t need to ask people if it’s ok to nominate something. No one takes turns submitting. We can submit 40 nominations daily, so if there’s an issue with submitting, you can resubmit if you don’t receive the email and if it doesn’t show up in Contribution Management.

Did you actually check Contribution Management to see if there is a nomination in there from May 17th for this? If there isn’t, then there may have an issue during the nomination process and it may not have been successfully uploaded. This seems to be the case here, that it wasn’t successfully submitted on May 17th.
It’s always a good idea to check your email and/or Contribution Management not long after submitting to see if the nomination has been uploaded and received. If you don’t get an email or it’s not in Contribution Managenent within a few minutes, I’d submit again.

Do not cancel in the future. Did you upgrade within 24 hours after submitting? This could cause issues, as it could mess with ML’s work. There can also be a hold on upgraded nominations at times that can last up to a week.
It’s recommended to wait at least 24 hours before upgrading a nomination, so that ML can do its work. Personally, I usually wait until a nomination that I want to upgrade is in voting before doing so.

It’s still best to wait 24 hours before upgrading due to ML. If you upgrade before 24 hours, there’s a greater chance that the upgraded nomination will be on hold for up to a week. ML typically will reject or send to queue after 24 hours, and so it’s best to wait at least this long before upgrading. I would recommend 24-48 hours after submitting before upgrading.
Personally, I’d rather practice some patience instead of trying to rush a nomination through.
