Hi to everyone, This is my first post so I hope I placed it at the correct spot.
I was wondering why two niminations I made on 02/06/2025 are still in queue when a different nomination I made 2 days ago is already in voting. I get there is a different way of getting in the queue for all nominations but it seems weird to have this big of a difference. Is there anything I can do or would I be able to contact support for this particular question. Thanks for considering my question.

There is no “standard” amount of time for something to go into voting. It can depend on how many reviewers are in your area, how many submitters, and how close the nominations are to each other.
If something is not being decided fast enough for your liking, you can review yourself to earn an upgrade for your nomination. An upgrade will send your nomination to a wider review pool, increasing its chances of being seen. Reviewing will also help to clear some of the other nominations from the pool, also increasing the chances that yours will be seen.
We have seen some anecdotal evidence that Niantic Wayfarer staff may pull and decide nominations that are older than 3 months without a decision. This isn’t stated anywhere, though.
I have looked into your account and can confirm that both the nominations are working as intended. Please be patient and you’ll have a resolution soon.
I looked back at some messages I’d sent to a friend in Switzerland when they got to the right level to add new Wayspots.
I think it was in 2019, and I said “It takes about 3-4 months in my area for anything to reach a decision, but it may be different for you.”
I also remember folks in London waiting 2+ years for a decision, so a month is nothing.
I also experience this. Its like submit and forget. Suddenly you got email years later lol.
Thats why i never complain despite emily sometimes incorrectly reject my nomination. I just resubmit until it went through.
Anyway. 1-2months is normal

I have a extra question for this topic, my brother was with me when I nominated one of these stops a month ago. They still say “in queue” though today 25/06/2025 he saw the nomination on his wayfarer account and he had to review it. Is this normal behavior?
He lives far away but recognized it cause he has played with me in the area. So he asked me about it. My first reaction was “ah it went into voting” but it didn’t according to my interface.
Edit: It changed label to “in voting” like a minute after me making this post. I guess the labels changing has a delay. So this question is void now. Thanks for your time though.
