So I will have my bonus location reset today and I want to choose a location that is rural and have a lot of backlog. Any good candidates?

A rural area in your own country, so at least there will be a chance of you knowing some local nuance to the submissions as oppose to changing your bonus location to somewhere across the world where you might be oblivious to something that locals might deem obviously culturally significant.
Aren’t you will get most if not all review in your country for play area? My play area is on the south and my home area is on the north, and I occasionally get some review in the middle of the two.
I am always able to clear the backlog in here, and rallying people in my country to do review made most review resolved in like 1-2 days? So I wanna help other too.

A lot of countries are too small for this to be of any benefit, since you will already get reviews from across your country due to your home location.
You both missed the point of my post.
The crux of my post is about having the appropriate cultural lens when reviewing. So if moving within country is inconsequential (allegedly) then move to a country where “there will be a chance of you knowing some local nuance to the submissions”
Niantic have set challenges where reviewers get, or can choose to get, submissions to review from places a long way away from their home location. Sometimes, these are more challenging to review than ones from close to home, but it shows that Niantic are OK with this.
Therefore the question from @TrungLatias is reasonable and hopefully someone can provide a useful answer if there is indeed somewhere with a known backlog.

There must be a language barrier here. But just to be clear: I have not argued whether Niantic is OK with this or not, nor have I have argued whether OP is being reasonable or not. I made no contention regarding those.
OP wanted a suggestion for a new bonus location. I gave him some metrics, “knowing some local nuance”, to consider should he decide to make his own choice regarding which bonus location to choose. That’s it.
There is always a balance between understanding the culture of a place and perhaps agreeing things that locally will be rejected. Eg attitudes globally to cemeteries vary a lot.
If in doubt you can skip.
But there are alSo places that may be culturally very different to what you are used to including the language but suffer from a severe lack of reviewers. It is a huge boost to the quality of life of those places to have an influx of reviewers helping to push their queue along.
So it’s really a case of reviewing where you feel comfortable and confident.

@TrungLatias wants to know where he can help the most, because that is the kind of explorer he has shown himself to be. He also asked this question on the Wayfarer Discussion Discord. His assistance there and here has shown that he understands criteria, and can apply it over a wide range of cultures.
I don’t know which areas have a backlog these days to recommend where the help is needed.

Pump this post as I am still finding a location. Is there really no place?
If you won’t find a community which needs help you could think about switching to an area with high imports (Brazil, India) or where they recently changed the game map and the community is left with a lack of Power Spots (India and Indonesia). IMO these regions will always have wayfarers who try to clean up the map and maybe need help to get the flood through or nominating more right now to get some ps back.
