Need help to determine if these are good wayspots

When you are trying to decide if something meets criteria, you often need to go back to the main three tenets listed here: Niantic Wayfarer

Must meet at least one of the three eligibility criteria

• A great place for exploration
• A great place for exercise
• A great place to be social with others

It would not be possible to make a clarification on every single sign possible. There is one here that may help you with some of these:

Trails & Markers

Trails that encourage following a specific official route by walking are great places to be social, exercise, and explore - the trail is the interesting feature. Trail markers are tangible anchor points that define the route of the trail on the Wayfarer map. A trail marker itself need not be an interesting object but its function on the trail should be unique to that location. These types of trail markers are definitely eligible Wayspots. But instead of looking for a precedent for each object you want to submit, you should think about whether you can make a case that it is a great place for exercise, exploration, or being social. For example, a park name sign would represent a great place for all three criteria, but a park rules sign would not encourage any of those.
