Yes, I made a submition (one of my firsts) of a mansion in where I lived at the time. As It was then being restaured I made the mistake of talking a picture from the town hall’s web. That’s why I was sanctioned and It hasn’t happened again.
On the other things, I took the pictures and submited them at home, that’s when I supposed the slip should have taken place. As I said before I didn’t do that on purpose.
And I didn’t withdrew It because I didn’t know It was misplaced.
I am not saying that I don’t believe you, I have no way of knowing either way but the story so far is…

Failure to check nominations carefully.
Niantic / Scopely are looking to generate an accurate database of real life points of interest that is accurate and free from copyright material which you have broken both.
And you have not answered why Niantic should believe you without believing all the people that do cheat that are going to say exactly the same?
The warnings / suspensions are there so people learn from their mistakes. If it is a genuine mistake / mis-understanding twice then it is a bitter pill to swallow but I see no other way that Niantic could do it.
I see no other suggestion than to sit this 1 out then be extremely careful with any future nominations if you decide to do any more (at least for the next year after which you slate is wiped clean).

The fact IS that I have leart from the first one but, as I try ti explain, this IS an isolated ocurrence. More than 50 nominations I’ve made have become pokestops or accepted in general since that first incident, and This time I swear It has been an accident. I Try to be thorough and carefull but mistakes are bound to happen. This finger slip has to cost me a 30 day ban? I can’t stress enough how this all has been an accident and not ment to cheat or abuse anything or anyone.
I will repeat, how does Niantic differentiate “Honest Mistake” and “Tried to Cheat but got Caught”?
By my record, where Have i put my nominations, how many of them have been accepted and if they are legit.
The Trird party picture was a reasonable warning as I didn’t know that at the time. But this is not that. This a full legit submition that scrolling made me mess It up.

Niantic may take that into account, but only they can see the history of your nominations. You would do best to make your case in the DM with Aaron, which you will find if your click on your profile image (letter) at the top right.
You do not need to explain to us when you have a DM going with staff. However, I decided to try to illustrate for you why it looks like the misplacement was done with the malicious intent of making it show up in game in a place where many of the cells are already occupied. And the first thing I see at the area you indicated is a similar table and bench that is pinned in a median.
I am so grateful that staff allow us to explain about cells on this forum to help those genuinely frustrated as to why their submissions are not becoming Pokestops. Misplacing pins because someone does know about cells makes me furious.
Please be careful and be sure the pin is on the place where the nomination actually exists if you submit any more after your suspension is over.

This looks like exactly the same photo to me, but a different name.
Is that still showing on the map for you? It very briefly showed up on mine, but is now refusing to show. It doesn’t help that the map is constantly resetting to my home location, but that pin looks like it is in the road, definitely not on the actual picnic bench.
