Thanks, I guess there is no real definitive one answer. I’ll simply have to try again and hope someone with some sense looks at it next time. :-/ For what it’s worth, I’ve lived in this neighborhood since well before Pokemon Go existed, and it is not an old Pokespot. :frowning:

You view it as those that reviewed and rejected were measuring your submission correctly. :thinking: As each estate sign is different there is no universal yes or no. The one you have shown looks like a bland sign.

Niantic never give clear guidance about neighbouring sign so it come down to local reviewer case by case basis to approve or reject.
