New photos in pokestops.
Some new pokestops don’t have photos, and people are sending the photos.
But when they send, it always comes a No Image “photo” too.
Do I need to Reject that specific photo or approve all?

You are actually only voting on the photo(s) being added. How you vote on the current photo, even if it is a placeholder, will not affect anything. I usually will x that one, but it really doesn’t matter.

Most of these Wayspots don’t have place markers as photos for a few reasons, but none are new Wayspots, as a photo is required to be submitted. Older Wayspots may not have one if someone requested removal of the only photo that had ever been uploaded. Niantic may have also removed the images if they didn’t meet photo criteria.
Most of the time, Wayfarers are adding photos to a Wayspot that has a place marker image and no photos at all so that there is an accurate photo attached. The place marker doesn’t have to be removed, but if there is a good photo that meets criteria in review, such as this one, then I will click on the place marker in hopes it will be removed, and the new submitted image(s) get approved.

Just a point of clarity, imported wayspots show up in the games with no image, so they could be new.
It looks like it’s a nursing home from the recent dump in Brazil @CaioAssad so the blank image will be from that.
Did you get even m0ar added recently too?
What are the little white images with a crest?

They appear to say ‘City of Sao Paolo’. That’s all I can make out.
Looks super safe to lure up and wait by for 30 mins
P.S. For non Go players, lures are premium items which cause pokemon to spawn in a small curcle at the PoI, but they have a pretty small interaction circle - much smaller than the circle for interacting with the PoI generally, so have to remain pretty close by to get use from them

Well it’s always good to know how to ask for Almond Pie but with my friend it’s all about “why haven’t you as a British person had a Brigadeiro yet” my answer is “there isn’t any Portuguese bakery’s nearby unless your in London that is”.
There’s usually at least one in most cities though?
I’m not a huge fan of Brigadeiro unless you are buying?
