Niantic Review on..."Inaccurate Location"...despite the location is in exact location

Hello, I want to get a clarification on why this submission get rejected for “Inaccurate Location” by Scopely Explore staff?

Name: Cafe Võng Thành Đạt( Remember the name Thành Đạt)

3. The location on google streetview(it has the Thành Đạt name)
   
   

Is it possible for a staff to conclude why this submission is “inaccurate location”, I usually try to get accurate location so this rejection question me.
