The Nintendo Store has changed their statue from Donkey Kong to Bowser, but the image, title and description text changes keep being declined. Any advice?

You will actually want to request removal, as the art piece has completely changed, then nominate the new Browser statue once the old Donkey Kong one has been removed.
Niantic sees it as abusive if you try to change the title/description/photo of an existing Wayspot that no longer exists in the real world to something new that now exists.

Could you please confirm if this would be correct to remove and replace or could be considered like a mural where it is possible to simply update?
Would it be better to have a less specific title to enable updating?
