I am not familiar with reviewing in Portugal, so I am not sure what this is. A memorial plaque, or just a street sign?
For future nominations, your supporting photo should show the point of interest for the nomination, but from further back, to help reviewers judge if it appears to really be there and if the location is eligible. I don’t see the plaque from your main photo in the supporting photo. In this case, there is Street View showing the plaque, but sometimes there isn’t.

Paging @Siinnie for confirmation, but this does very much look like what a street sign would look like in Portugal, and is therefore likely not eligible.

Keep in mind that some things that have Wayspots in game may not be eligible anymore, or were voted in by the community and have been clarified as being ineligible now.
Street signs, marking what street one is on, are ineligible. As @Siinnie noted, this sign that you nominated was once a Wayspot, but was removed due to being ineligible.
You may want to review Wayspot criteria to know what is and isn’t eligible, and that info can be found here:

This link shows only a Wayfarer"s area Featured Wayspots, and there will be some things that get approved from time to time that do not meet eligibility criteria. I’ve seen many Featured Wayspots in my area that don’t meet criteria, so it’s best not to rely on these to determine what one can and cannot nominate.
I provided the link to Wayspot criteria in my previous post, and that is a great place to start to understand criteria and what is/isn’t eligible. You can even post questions in the Nomination Support topic, if you’re wondering if something can be nominated, which this thread currently is in.
