If it’s on thee right location it can’t be moved.
It is frustrating if it doesn’t work as expected.
Perhaps there is something suitable somewhere else.?

I had a look but it’s a bit of a suburban sprawl so hard to see if there is anything else to nominate @LCDAngel99
@LCDAngel99 you can check where it is yourself if you go to make a nomination in Pokemon Go and turn on the toggle to show you Wayspots that aren’t in Pokemon Go. But it only works when you are right there.
If you have proof that the current location is not accurate, you can use help chat to have them correct it. But they will only move it if it is a clear correction in real life, not if it is just for game reasons. You access help chat from the help menu on the Wayfarer site.
I looked a while ago in that level 14 s2 cell, there isn’t really anything
