Hello, my nomination was not accepted by duplicate.
I can’t see this wayspot in ingress and pokemon go. Somebody check for me, if this spot exist?

It shouldn’t be a duplicate. There’s this playground, but swing sets are still allowed if the playground is already a wayspot. I’d recommend resubmitting, or maybe appealing if it gets marked as a duplicate again. Your choice.
Playground was built 4 years ago, swing has 25 years and it was painted in this year by local community.
That’s why I ask, swing is different entity
If you resubmit it, I’d recommend having the sandpit (I think that’s a sandpit), in the supporting photo, and also the swing set. The sandpit can be seen on Google satellite, so that’d prove it. Also mention it in the supporting description.
I’m really not sure what gave you the impression there is such a rule?

That is not true and most likely the rejection reason. If the swing is part of the playground you can’t nominate each item separat

Since when can’t you? People do it all the time and they get accepted
Hi @WyrwijFlaka and welcome, if this is the green swingset in the back of this photo, I think I would have marked this a duplicate as well, and I’m not suprised the community did, multiple times at that from what I can tell. Playground equipment from the same playground is usually not separately eligible.

Many people disregard this, but Niantic has asked us not to use the beta Wayfarer app. It is for developers and ambassadors. Not telling you what to do, just wanted to be sure you knew. I don’t use it.

I know, but I don’t know what’s wrong with it. I basically just use it to get the latitude and longitude or see if something’s a duplicate.
If the play areas are separated, they can be considered separately. Otherwise, a playground is considered one Wayspot

This is the swing, but this swingset has 25 year, playground has 4 
And like you see, is path between this two place. This swing never was equipment of playground. I living in this place 22 years, we don’t have playground before in this place, just this swing and couple of benches.
I’m confused. If the swings have been there for years and the rest of the playground is new, I would have expected the swings to be a much older nomination/wayspot.
Because the playground wayspot exists, it will be very difficult to show that the swings a separate. The picture shows the playground including the swingset as a unified area.

Playground is 2 years in game, I guess. My friend nominate this place. I reached level 37 two weeks ago and I tried nominate this place. This is Poland Pokemon Go is not popular game like in differente countries, and this is not big city. I just know 3 people who playing in this game. Look at on ingress map. Many object what we see from space is still not in game.
I think it’ll be a tough or impossible battle to get the swings. It’s good your friend got the playground.
Others can explain the details better, but each Niantic game has different inclusion rules. Ingress portals have to be at least 20 meters apart to be included on the game board. Pokémon go uses cell density. That’s why you see fewer pokethings than portals.
All I can say is get out there and explore! Best of luck finding new things to nominate.

If the swings had been nominated first, the playground nomination would probably have been marked duplicate.
When your nomination is marked duplicate, its picture is added to the existing wayspot. You can thumbs up the swings if you want.
