I need help in why is my nomination been rejected. Don’t want waste an appeal if it something small I need to change
The sign is not considered to have safe pedestrian access, given that it is located on the median strip of a roadway with no dedicated pedestrian walkway.

Okay I understand what you are saying. But that the entrance board to the guesthouse. My second photo shows the guest house. So what do you recommend?
You would want to nominate a place name sign within the actual complex. Usually at the reception or common area at the front.
However in regards to the “Wayfarer Criteria” rejection you got, this means that reviewrs did not think that your nomination was a great place to explore, exercise and/or socialise.
But it a place for social, explore and exercise.
If you want to nominate a guest house, then it might be better to use a picture of the building itself rather than this sign, which as already mentioned looks like its in the middle of the road
A guest house might be a good place to socialise, because maybe it has a nice common room area for guests to play games, or maybe they run events that local people and guests can attend?
It may also be a good place to explore if it has unique architecture, a fun theme with artwork, or a cool historical story.
The rejection looks like it was by the ML because it said “Wayfarer Critieria”, so it means the ML program couldn’t find anything eligible about the pictures you submitted - maybe due to the road

Most of your text is irrelevant. Don’t mention what’s are nearby. Concentrate on the thing being nominated.
Just talk about how this is a great place to socialize or explore. Is the building historic? Do they host events? Has someone famous stayed there? Was it used in a movie? Do they have an art gallery or other destination amenity besides bedrooms?
