Nomination with incorrect location, likely in bad faith - should I report or just reject as incorrect location?

While reviewing, I just came across a nomination for the inauguration plaque of a municipal market, where the submission’s pin was placed at the northern entrance of the market.

Looking around on streetview I find that said plaque is actually at the southern entrance, 70 meters away from the submitter’s pin. Now this is like the 4th or 5th time that I encounter this sort of shenanigan when I review submissions in this particular town, leading me to believe this comes from the same person just trying to manipulate the map in their favor.

Usually I just reject for incorrect location, but I’m thinking I should start reporting these. If so, what category of report is the correct one? Fake nomination?

In that situation I would consider Accuracy → Abuse → Other abuse-related reasons.

For a one-off issue, I would simply choose Accuracy → Inaccurate Location, but if there is strong evidence of repeated behaviour, the above option feels stronger and necessary.

Ah I always forget that there’s an abuse option in the accuracy rejection tab, I usually just use the one at the top of the page.
Thank you!
