Why is everything that I upload denied, now I made a request for a wayspot everything is perfect, response there is already a wayspot but I live here I play everyday but there is no wayspot here.. like why can anyone help with this problem

Some wayspots do not appear in Pokemon Go due to the density/inclusion rules, to prevent an area getting clogged.
When submitting, there is a map on which you can see existing wayspots, which is where you will find the one that your submission was a duplicate of. Unfortunately, this means that POI is not available for Pokemon Go as a pokestop or gym because something nearby is already in Pokemon Go.
Is this an area with lots of pokestops and gyms or is it fairly sparse, but with interesting things in real life very close together?

If you feel comfortable sharing your submission with the gps coordinates I can check the map to see if there is, in fact, something already there.
I realize the wording is confusing. When you submit in Pokemon Go, it tells you that you are submitting a Pokestop, but you are not. You are submitting a Wayspot which may or may not be used in Pokemon Go. The Web Submit form makes it clearer that you are submitting a Wayspot, not a Pokestop.
